Ardent ltd has achieved registration to the quality management system ISO 9001:2000, through the British Standards Institution. Ardent Ltd achieved ISO 9001:2000 registration in a record time of three and a half months.

Ardent Ltd Quality manager Martin Darce said: “Through working with BSI, Ardent Ltd is delighted to have achieved registration to this world class quality management system."

Martin added: “Having spent the last 13 years in the preparation and writing of quality manuals and procedures, it was a case of writing and documenting our procedures for Ardent Ltd, a lot of the operational strategies had already been put in place, then it was down to the supervision and shop floor personnel who worked very hard to integrate the systems into their everyday work.”
