For our customers who regularly speak to the team, introducing our team members puts a face to the voice and shows the range of individuals that make Ardent. In this Q&A we speak to Time Evans, the newest Account Manager in our Sales Team.

Why do you enjoy working at Ardent?

I enjoy the variety of sectors that Ardent works in as it allows me to travel all over the country meeting new people in all kinds of environments.

What does your role involve?

As an Account Manager I manage the sales and relationships we have with our customers, creating long term relationships by understanding people’s requirements and ensuring as a business we continually deliver.

Where do you feel you make the biggest contribution at Ardent?

I like to be the face of Ardent by meeting our customers face-to-face on a regular basis to fully understand their business requirements and the environments our systems will be working in.

Which Ardent Value do you most identify with and why?

Do the right thing. To put it simply, no one wants to have a fire but it happens. Ardent’s fire suppression systems are in place to protect people, equipment and businesses, which is why we always specify a fit-for-purpose system and never compromise on quality.

What’s your passion outside of work?

I am a very keen rugby player while my body allows it.

Do you have a guilty pleasure?

Always eating cereal in the evening and never in the morning.

What would your superpower be?

Teleportation; there are so many cities I would like to visit around the world and so little time to do it.  Also, being able to avoid traffic jams would be fantastic.

Describe your perfect day?

A family dog walk in the sun with a stop for ice cream half way, followed by an evening spent watching Harry Potter and eating pizza.

When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Probably a footballer at first, but I don’t even like football anymore so I’m kind of glad that career choice didn’t pan out. Maybe a fireman after that and, I suppose, working at Ardent I’m not too far off, except for driving a fire engine.
